FPAA and Styville Agree on Increased Water Rights
September 24, 2026 | Styville
Under the carefully crafted language created by Styville’s dedicated legal team, Nerd Herd has been able to complete a complex Water Rights acquisition. An increase of 23.7% was provided by the EPPA.
As the city continues unprecedented growth and activities, water rights became a high priority for Mayor Lincoln.
The EPPA issued its congratulations to the mayor and the city at-large. “This historic irrevocable Water Rights Agreement assures the porcine community of both abundant water for consumption – as well as recreation.”
We offer our congratulations to Styville and Suspicious & Suspicious for keeping the porcine community appropriately hydrated. We look forward to in the inaugural mud bath event.
Nerd Herd will share drawings in the next few days to The Daily Oink for distribution.
Styville Successfully Completes FPAA-Recorded Flight
September 12, 2026 | Styville
NERD Herd™ – is pleased to provide the results from the Aero Pig™ Taxi maiden flight.
On 2026, September 12, the Aero Pig control tower successfully communicated, directed the first ever LAPTV (Low Altitude Porcine Transit Vehicle) in a flight with no passengers. After the return to the airport, the Aero Pig™ pilots refueled.
At precisely 11:11 AM, the first LAPTV passengers lifted off.
We wish to thank the volunteers – Mr. Alan Swienfeld, and Mr. Boariss Jones for their bravery and dedication. The attending crowd cheered wildly as the vehicle ascended.
The landing was smooth and without incident. Baby Soo awarded the pilots and the passengers Pip’s Medal of Honor.
If you wish to view the FPAA flight logs, please contact the NERD Herd™ office.

NERD Herd™ Welcomes Director of Civil Engineering
August 24, 2026 | Styville
NERD Herd™ — Network Engineers Rapidly Deployed — is pleased to announce the appointment of Julia Hock-Smith, P.E., as Director of Civil Engineering, with responsibility for airport infrastructure and advanced air mobility.

Hock-Smith brings more than a decade of experience in aviation civil engineering, including airport planning, airfield infrastructure, and the emerging requirements surrounding electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) operations.
Her work has included infrastructure planning associated with advanced air mobility programs, including all-electric eVTOL air taxis. These aircraft take off and land vertically before transitioning to wingborne flight, creating new infrastructure and airspace-integration considerations for airports and vertiports.
“Low-altitude porcine transit is a high priority for NERD Herd,” said Stanley Boarsman, Founder and CEO. “As Styville expands its aviation infrastructure, we need somebody who understands that the future isn’t limited to traditional runways. Julia brings serious airport engineering experience, sound judgment, and an unusual tolerance for complicated regulatory questions. We are delighted to welcome her to the Herd.”
Hock-Smith is also a member of the Aero Pig Institute and a frequent expert witness in matters before the Federal Porcine Aviation Administration (FPAA).
Her immediate responsibilities will include engineering support for the proposed expansion of Aero Pig™ Airport, including evaluation of the proposed crosswind runway, airfield infrastructure, and future facilities supporting low-altitude porcine transit.
“Styville presents some unusual aviation challenges,” Hock-Smith said. “Most municipalities don’t have to account for both conventional aircraft and pigs who almost always almost fly. Fortunately, civil engineering is largely about designing for foreseeable conditions.”
Boarsman declined to characterize porcine flight in any fashion. “You decide,” was his cryptic comment.
Styville Deployment Planning Underway
August 22, 2026 | Styville
Engineering and deployment planning is underway following execution of the StyLink agreement.
Initial work includes site assessment, infrastructure review, deployment sequencing, and evaluation of service requirements throughout the Styville region.
Residents may occasionally observe NERD Herd personnel, equipment, vehicles, antenna systems, cable reels, laptops, clipboards, and engineers staring thoughtfully at things.
This is normal.
Please do not interrupt an engineer who appears to be counting utility poles.
